TCS Intelenet

PMG Global has entered into a long term strategic partnership with TCS Intelenet one of India's largest and fastest growing Business Process Outsourcing companies. With this partnership PMG Global will be able to provide cost effective call center outsourcing solutions to its US customers. Services will include In-Bound Customer Support, Out-Bound Telemarketing, Help Desk and Technical Support.

TCS Intelenet is promoted by two of India's largest corporations, Tata Consulting Services (TCS) and Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC). Between the two companies they account for revenues of over 2Billion USD.

TCS Intelenet was formed in 2001 and today services many Fortune 100 companies based in the US including Household Finance and CNA. It has over 4000 people working in 3 shifts in their state of the art call centers based in Mumbai. TCS Intelenet's telecom infrastructure is among the best in India.

Under the terms of the partnership PMG Global will provide Business Development services in the US. PMG Global's team of experienced domain experts in the financial services industry will also provide valuable program management services to its US clients. PMG Global and the TCS team will work together with the customer to determine which business processes can be migrated. Service delivery will be out of Intelenet's facility in Mumbai. TCS adopts GE's Six Sigma and COPC standards and delivers a very high quality output.

ProcessMind

PMG Global has entered into a long term strategic partnership with ProcessMind, one of India's largest and fastest growing Business Process Outsourcing companies in the Healthcare sector. With this partnership PMG Global will be able to provide cost effective Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Claims Processing, Document Imaging and Document Management services to its Hospital and HMO clients in the US.

Once this is determined, PMG Global will work with ProcessMind's team to migrate the processes to its facility in Bangalore. ProcessMind's team adopts Six Sigma throughout the migration and on-going delivery process and delivers a very high quality output to PMG Global's US customers.

Aventeon

PMG Global has entered into a long term partnership with Aventeon to provide Enterprise Mobile Solutions to its customers in the Utilities, Manufacturing, and Logistics sector. With this partnership, the field staff of PMG Global's customers will be able to send and receive any data from any database in the enterprise.

Aventeon develops and markets software products that empower the mobile employee to access information and execute applications from mission-critical enterprise systems and the Internet – anywhere, anytime. Instead of displaying applications separately on a mobile device, Aventeon‘s products actively integrate and match enterprise information and applications with each other and the employee‘s mobile PIM (Personal Information Manager – calendar, contacts, task Email). Customers include Vodafone, T Mobile etc.

Under the terms of the partnership, PMG Global will provide Business Development and Program Management services to Aventeon. PMG Global's team of domain experts working in conjunction with the Aventeon team will conduct an M Business check to determine the exact mobile needs of their field sales and service team. Implementation and Support will be carried out by Aventeon.
